The network added that direct user transactions experienced no delays, and the issue was limited to some infrastructure providers relying on Robinhood Chain, who faced a minor feed slowdown due to a high number of data subscribers.
Robinhood Chain remained fully operational throughout the period, and the team is actively working on performance improvements to ensure continued service reliability.
