BNB Chain, the blockchain network closely associated with Binance, has officially joined the Mastercard Crypto Partner Program, marking a significant step toward merging decentralized finance with traditional global commerce.
Launched by Mastercard on March 11, 2026, the program aims to enable real-time, one-click payments using digital assets. It brings together over 100 leading crypto, payments, and financial services companies, including Binance, Circle, Ripple, and PayPal.
Through this partnership, BNB Chain will connect BNB liquidity directly to traditional checkout processes, allowing users to spend digital assets at mainstream merchants worldwide without complex conversion steps. The network will be utilized for stablecoin payments, cross-border remittances, B2B transfers, and fiat on/off-ramps.
BNB Chain joins other high-performance blockchains already in the program, including Solana, Polygon, and Tron – all selected for their speed, low fees, and significant stablecoin activity. This integration gives BNB Chain a direct route to merchant acceptance at scale, without requiring merchants to overhaul their existing payment infrastructure.
