North Korea Warns of Automatic Nuclear Strike if Kim Jong Un Is Assassinated

North Korea has introduced constitutional amendments stating that an automatic and immediate nuclear strike would be launched if the country’s command-and-control system comes under attack, including any assassination attempt targeting leader Kim Jong Un.

According to reports, the revised doctrine declares that any hostile action threatening the nation’s leadership structure or disrupting command systems would trigger a direct nuclear response without delay.

The move comes amid rising security tensions on the Korean Peninsula and ongoing international concerns over Pyongyang’s nuclear weapons program and expanding military capabilities.

Analysts view the constitutional change as a sign of North Korea’s increasingly hardline military doctrine and a deterrence message aimed at the United States and its regional allies.
