Reports claiming that the Zcash network stopped producing blocks for more than four hours appear to be inaccurate. According to Mert Mumtaz, the issue was caused by several blockchain explorers connected to a faulty node, while the Zcash network itself remained fully operational and continued processing transactions normally.
